At Edealify, we strive to provide a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. Please review our cancellation and refund policies below before placing your order.


🛑 Order Cancellation

We accept order cancellations within 12 hours of purchase.

If you wish to cancel your order:

  • Please email us at [email protected] with your order number as soon as possible.

  • If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we’ll cancel and issue a full refund.

  • Once the order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled, but you may initiate a return (see Returns & Exchanges Policy).


💸 Refunds

Refunds are issued in the following cases:

  1. Canceled orders within the allowed window

  2. Returned items that meet our return eligibility criteria

  3. ✅ Items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect (photo proof required)

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.


⏳ Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Double-check your bank or credit card account.

  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. If you’ve done the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us at [email protected].


📦 Exchanges or Replacements

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll send a replacement free of charge. Contact us with your order number and a photo of the issue within 7 days of delivery.
