🛑 Order Cancellation
We accept order cancellations within 12 hours of purchase.
If you wish to cancel your order:

If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we’ll cancel and issue a full refund.

Once the order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled, but you may initiate a return (see Returns & Exchanges Policy).
💸 Refunds
Refunds are issued in the following cases:

✅ Canceled orders within the allowed window

✅ Returned items that meet our return eligibility criteria

✅ Items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect (photo proof required)
Once your return is received and inspected:

You’ll receive an email confirmation.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
⏳ Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

Double-check your bank or credit card account.

Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

📦 Exchanges or Replacements
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll send a replacement free of charge. Contact us with your order number and a photo of the issue within 7 days of delivery.
